Time zones

I have a Garmin Vivofit 2. I have synced today and found that I have lost 2 days of step information (for 9th and 10th November when I walked over 15,000 steps each day). It has recorded today's totals. On the daily summary for 9th November it shows a red clock face next to the date. When I click on this it displays the following message "Looks like you changed time zones. Your charts will make more sense tomorrow." I haven't changed time zones (I live in England and haven't left the country). It isn't the first time that I have seen this red clock displayed. Why has it appeared? Has anybody else had this trouble this week? I have tried to sync numerous times this evening without any success so I assume that my step info is now lost.
