Not able to connect to the computer

I have downloaded the garmin express. However, the vivo active is not able to connect to the garmin express. I have done everything from switching off the device to changing the ports but in vain. Pls suggest what can be done so that my device vivo active can be connected to the garmin express in my computer. Thanks
  • Perhaps you could give some more information about your problem? Exactly where does it fail?

    I've been having a similar difficulty since Sunday.

    Suddenly - with no changes in hardware or setup or anything on my part - my Forerunner is unable to upload its data. The data is present on the device, but never makes it to be displayed Garmin Connect.


    On hitting 'sync', the watch transfers data. (It is also able to receive data - it has downloaded firmware updates). The pop-up window in Garmin Express claims it has received the data the watch sends.

    Yet the sessions never show up on the Garmin Connect webpage .. and, after a time, the device - seeing that the data wasn't received - re-cycles in an attempt to upload the data to Garmin Express again.

    If there are ongoing issues/bugs with the Garmin software updates this week, perhaps they are a cause of the OP's difficulties as well.
