Update to Garmin Express v4.3.0 for the PC

After upgrading to Garmin espress v4.3.0, when I synchronized my Fenix 3 HR v4.00, it has been reset to English from Italian (but also lost all the old activities).
In Garmin espress v4.3.0, there is no more the Italian language.

It's correct?

Resolved with Garmin Express v.4.4.0.0

I still have this issue on 4.4.0.0
