tactix Bravo : This device is not compatible with Garmin Express

Are you running the latest version of Express? If not then try updating Express. If you have try calling Garmin Support.

In October, I've received a refurbished tactix Bravo from a Garmin customer service.
When I try and use this with Express it tells me the device is not compatible.

I've been advised this is some form of issue with the backend database at Garmin.

Is this likely to be the issue and if so why so long to resolve?

Contact support with your unit ID. Likely that the unit ID is still registered to its pre-refurbishment owner (or at least active on his account)

I contacted the French and English Customer service : Both telling me to expect an update garmin express. My serial number and my id is properly recorded ...
My first taxtic Bravo was compatible with garmin express.

The wait is really long, and Garmin operators do not take my problem seriously.

I am sorry about the trouble adding your device to Express. I have created a case to have this fixed. We will post back once we hear back.

We have received notification that this issue is resolved now. You should be able to add your device to Express. If you continue to experience difficulties, please let us know.
