Can't update watch from version 3.30 to 4.20

Hi,
I'm trying to update my Vivoactive firmware on a Mac(hoping to get some help from PC forum), using Garmin Express, from version 3.30 to 4.20. It just sits at the installation screen saying downloading software and never moves on.

Any ideas how to fix this?
