Garmin Express update - Sport Master Fenix 3 HR

I have a Fenix 3 HR - I keep on getting the same messag when trying to download watch faces.

This app requires an update of your fenix 3 HR. Please use Garmin Express to update your fenix 3 HR.[/B]

I have updated my Garmin Express to version 3.6. What else should I do?
