I have updated my Nuvi 2457 LMT with Garmin Express recently and when I put it in my vehicle it came on and show a message box: A file required for traffic services is missing. Contact Garmin Support. What can I do to solve this issue?

The Garmin technical support replied my email yesterday and them asked me to install the Garmin Express to load file/firmware. I have done it many times but there nothing to update. I've replied the email and now I'll wait again.
Normally this is a issue with the port on the unit. If the software update did not resolve the issue. If you wish to set up a repair please contact the Brazil office directly.
