I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive HR and have successfully installed and connected it to the Garmin Connect app.
It said I needed to update something through Garmin Express so I went ahead and installed that on my PC.
Here is where the problems start. It searched for the device and found it... Great. However I then went to sign in with my newly created Garmin Connect account and it's hung on the "this may take a minute" pop up.
What is going on? I've followed other advice found on this forum by turning off my antivirus and my firewall - nothing. I even switched the default internet app to internet explorer 11 and installed the garming communicator plugin to see if that helped - still nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
