Express don't detect my Fenix 3 anymore

Hi

Since a few days Garmin Express does not "see" my fenix 3 HR.

When I connect it to the PC, the watch is correctly recognized as an USB drive but Garmin Express seems to ignore it

I tried on 3 different PCs, tried to reboot the watch, even try to cleanup data directories as recommended by Garmin but nothing changes.

Any idea ?

    Answer to myself : the "tides" application is buggy and prevents GE to detect de watch. Seems incredible but true. All became ok after removing the app with the mobile "Connect" application. Will this be solved ?...
  • Uninstalling of tides app

    After several days trying to upgrade the firmware and having connecting issues, as said before, the uninstalling of tides app corrected the problem. Thanks a lot :)
