I have a nuvi 50lm. I put a 32 gb sd card in it to install the lower 48 with Garmin express and it gets to 4 min remaining and it just sits there for hours (it sat there like that for 8 hours the other day). I have to close it. I thought it was my sd card cause my computer sometimes reads it. I got the Garmin img file so I tried to put it on the sd card with the usb adapter and it fails, so I tried to install just a region to the nuvi and it does the same thing gets to about 4 min remaining then hangs there for hours. When I turn it on it says no detailed maps installed. When I plug it in the computer and start Garmin Express it says its up to date. I'm afraid I will have to send it in to get fixed. Anybody got another idea of what could be wrong or how to install.
