Express sync stalling at around 50%

Garmin Express 4.1.26.0
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Garmin FR630

When syncronising my FR630 with Garmin Connect via the factory USB cable the progress bar seems to get to around 50% then just stays at that point no matter how long I leave it.
Is this a bug? Do others suffer the same?
It's been doing this for 6 weeks or so now.

another +1 here I'm afraid, same PC OS and Garmin Express Version as the OP, but with a vivoactive HR as the device to sync.

I could be wrong but it sounds like the sync is picking up the data from the device (which would be 50% of the job) but not sending it successfully to Connect on the web. I would look there.

I have a similar problem updating my Edge 1000.

It syncs for over 3 hours and the when it reads 1 minute left, it stalls there for ever (I have tried it leaving it over night and it still did not finish that last "minute").

The UPDATE process should work or give more feedback to know whats going on

The same issue here. I'm on 64bit Windows 8.1, Garmin Express version 4.2.0.0 and Fenix HR 3.6.

Stall

Same Latest firmware / Garmin express for Fenix 3 HR
Will not update past 50% - reboots do nothing :(
Only way to update an app/wigdet it delete all the apps/widgets in the update queue, then add them manually back again.
Tried THREE different Windows 10 machines..all the same.

Express update stalls

Not sure these suggestions apply. Express is a standalone app not a website. Tried on machines running Win 7 & 10, Firefox & Edge. Syncing app locks at about 50 and stays there.

Thanks, yes I'm aware what Express is but there are elements in that FAQ that will still apply, eg the way you connect to your PC.
