Garmin Website say Fenix 3 HR newest firmaware is 3.50, But not Garmin Express

I sync my Fenix 3 HR APAC with Garmin Express it says my firmware is up to date ( ver 3.20 ) but the newest stable firmware for Fenix 3 HR as today is 3.50.
Why my Garmin Express won't sync to newest stable version?
Any different with APAC version?
