Unable to install new Vehicles & Voices

Hello

I just recently purchased Garmin Smartdrive 50LM with Middle east map. I have successfullly updated the software through Garmin Express. But I am unable to download the Vehicles, Voices, or Bundle. It will just show "Failed" message right next to the download button.

Did anybody experience the same? Please advise on how to solve this.

Thanks, SUSSAMB. I was thinking it was probably related but wasn't sure since OP could at least see them listed. I tried installing an older version of Express but without any luck...

Yes, correct. I have the latest Garmin Express, and could see the Vehicles/Voices/Bundles listed there. It's just that it always failed when installing.

Well, I guess this is a low priority issue for the Garmin Support team.
