Forerunner 225 can't be found by Windows 10

Hi

My PC has recently updated to a new version of Windows 10 and now when I connect my watch to it it won't connect through Garmin Express. I've reinstalled the app, and when I try to add my watch it searches for it but won't find it. Any ideas?

There was an issue with many of the fitness devices being recognized by the Window 10 Anniversary updated. Please see this thread for more information:

Thanks for your advise. I've downloaded the latest version of Garmin Express but I'm still having the same problem so I've sent an email to Customer Support.

Still having problems with my watch. I've messaged customer support but have never had a response from them in over 1 week! I've updated to the latest version of Garmin Express 4.1.26, tried removing my watch from Express and now it can't be found to and sync.

Anyone got any ideas?
