I have the same behavior on both home and work computer. I was able to update maps.
When I try and download a vehicle, voice, or bundle from the store , it fails. I have tried running in Administrator mode as well as run the compatibility troubleshooter. I have a GB of space and an empty 4GB SD card. The vehicle directory is there with 8 existing vehicles and I can change between them on the Nuvi.
Please advise.
