garmin Express cant see my fenix3 7.50

After update my fenix3 to 7.50 it works fine but yesterday i try to change password to wifi (because i change my router) And my pc see my Fenix 3 but Garmin Express Not. :(

I restart my pc, restart my fenix and nothing change still fenix 3 not connected to garmin Express.

i try to disable my F3 in settings of Garmin Express but nothing change, any ideas?

EDIT

I uninstall Garmin Express and after installing it again it said that cant find any device or module ANT Stick.

So still no luck

Beta Team said I was an "isolate" case and provide no info, no help fors days... Please contact them to make pressue on them to quickly fix it !!
I had to downgrade to FW7.20... :mad:

Then the conclusion is that 7.51 don't fix it (it can even "create" it)

ok but for me it stop working on 7.50 before update it works just fine
And I dont use 7.51

I just upgraded a fenix 3 to firmware 7.50 and it is detected by the PC and Garmin Express with no problems. What version of Windows are you running? None of these posts in this thread provide that information.

This is clearly a bug, probably from GE (issue parsing GarminDevice.xml with international characters... a basic in programming ?). Come on Garmin, please do not let your custumers doing the tests for you !!! Moreover I sent my GarminDevice.xml file 10 days ago to the Beta Team, but... no news !!

If you are running the Beta firmware release, then notifying that team is correct. This forum is for users running full release software, not beta software.

For anyone that has a fenix 3 that is running the full release non-beta firmware of 7.50, if you are having problems, call Product Support as I am not able to duplicate this issue.

Users of the beta software need to work with the Beta team to resolve issues.

Thanks Lisa to close the thread...but the issue "GE not seeing Fenix 3" is under OFFICIAL RELEASE FW7.5 !!!! And could be an issue about interaction between GE and Fenix3...

Moreover I spent hours to investigate it and I give you information that could be very interesting to confirm and to reproduce the issue !!

I was expectong more consideration with my contribution :cool:
