I am sorry that you are having trouble installing Garmin Express. Please follow the instructions in the article Garmin Express fails to install on a Windows computer. If you are still having trouble it would be best to contact Product Support.
I am not able to install GE on my windows 10 system, whenever i execute the installer it immidiately crashes. Any hrlp would be appreciated.
thanks for the reply but i would not have asked here if i found a solution to this and a couple of hours research did not give me any hint how to solve this issue. i was expecting to get help here rather than in a support channel since im most likely not the only one affected by this issue and if a solution is found its in a public location and others do not have to go through the same search time as i have.
but if thats how you handle this then i will just post a solution if the support knows one...
The problem I'm afraid with the sort of question you raise is that it can be very machine specific so impossible to diagnose via a forum. Even if Product Support resolve your issue the solution is unlikely to apply to others.
So after getting a useless generic answer from support with no reply option i did some more searching and created a new account where i was able to install the software. So now it runs on the original account but crashes whenever i try to sync the watch... At least some progress
