HRM data

Hi

I uploaded a gym workout from my Vivofit and HRM and whilst it appeared fine on my android phone Connect app the following appeared in my PC desk top version of Connect:



I have had the HRM and Vivofit for a number of years and this is the first time this has occurred. Any fixes would be appreciated.

    I am sorry about the trouble with your activity. I looked at the file and it appears that all of the time stamps were 0 seconds which explains the vertical line in Garmin Connect. Garmin Connect mobile seems to display it correctly but still shows all 0:00 for the time stamps. I am not sure what might have cause the file to end up this way. If you continue experiencing issues, I would recommend contacting Product Support by phone.

    Happened again....

    The same result occurred after last nights work out. No time stamps.

    If you could provide some clues about where to start to rectify this it would be appreciated. Is it likely to be Vivofit, the HRM, a battery? As I mentioned in my first post this hasn't happened before.

    I had the same thing happen for 3 activity sessions during the period 28Jul to 01Aug. As of 02 Aug it is working correctly again in desktop version of Connect, so presumably some sort of problem somewhere in Connect given that mobile version displayed correctly
