Garming Swim issues

I have just bought a new Garmin Swim. But I have two problems:


  • I can't use the watch because the following message is stuck in the screen: "Connect to computer"
  • When trying to sync with Garmin Connect, I get the following error: There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect. I have uninstalled, re-installed and factory reset several times but nothing works.


Can I get some help here ?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Swim. Have you tried the steps in the article Garmin Swim displays "Update Firmware 1" or "Connect to Computer" after attempting to update the device software?
