Since Windows 10 upgrade my Garmin is not picked up by express

Hi
I have tried reinstalling express but Im still unable to detect either my 500 or my 520 the ports seem to be working fine with other USB devices such as my Sunto ambit 2 I have even uninstalled the sunto moveslink app thinking there might be some sort of conflict but still no joy. Also my units are not picked up as disk drives

What version of GE do you have?

Update to 4.1.25 and see if you still have the issue.

OK put the 4.1.25 on still no joy

Have you rebooted your PC?

Hi I have sorted it out my 500 was picked up straight away after the newer install but my 520 wasn't but I now no why It seems I was using the wrong cable the cable I was using to charge it up from the mains wasn't the one that I got with it although it fitted & charged the unit no problem on my laptop it wasn't being recognized as a drive or by express. I have a draw full of different cables for different devices from head torches to cycle lights & gps computers some fit others hence the problem :o thank you for your assistance
