Device Storage (88% Full) Internal storage is almost full.

Garmin Express is warning that the GPS is internal storage is almost full.
Is this normal?
Can internal storage be cleared of any superfluous files?

It's a warning, nothing more, with only 88% full you'll be fine until possibly the next map update when you may need a SD card.

But yes, you can should you wish remove all unneeded voice, vehicle, text, keyboard, help and EULA files.

Same here. Just got it. Updated with Garmin Express. 89% full already. My advice is to just go get an SD card. I got a 16GB micro SD card at Best Buy for $11.99. Avoid the hassle of trying to recover a small amount of memory.
