Win10 not connecting to NUVi 52

I've read all of the posts & Googled everwhere but found no solution so here I am....

Wanting to update maps but can't get PC to recognize GPS plugged into USB port.
Have tried this on three different Windows 10 PCs, have tried 4 different cables including original cable supplied with unit.
Have uninstalled Garmin Express and re installed as well as new UPS drivers (2311)

On all PCs the problem is that Disk Management and Device Manager does not recognize the GPS when it is plugged in to PC.

Only common issue is the GPS unit itself which otherwise is working perfectly.

Should I do a Warm or Cold Reboot of GPS unit and if so HOW DIO I DO THAT....

Still No Good - Common Windows 10 Problem ???

Thanks for prompt response - I tried your recommendations and still not being recognized by PC.

Seems to be a lot of posts re failures avter changing over to Win10 PCs.....

Any other comments most welcome

I've had no issues transferring to Win10, so it's not a universal issue. If the above hasn't helped try calling Product Support.

As a test I've now installed Express on both a Win 98 and also a Win95 PC and I have that same problem SO I can no longer suspect that Garmin has a issue with Windows 10.
After all of this testing with several different USB cables I can only assume that the SatNav itself has a problem internally with its USB port & NOT Win 10.
