Forerunner 10 and Garmin Express

14th July synced my Forerunner 10 watch
16th July tried to sync but failed so uninstalled and reinstalled on two laptops now software cannot find watch although both laptops see it.
There are no icons for Forerunner on software

Have emailed twice but not received any reply.

Any advice would be grateful

    If you have not done so already, try the following troubleshooting:

    Garmin mass storage or MTP device not detected by Garmin Windows applications

    If this does not resolve the detection issue, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
