Sync Failed

I keep getting the error

"Sync Failed"
Sorry, we couldn't sync your device. Please try again.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    I'm sorry about the issue you having syncing your device. I'm not sure what device you are trying to sync, so please review one of the articles to troubleshoot the issue based on how your device connects to the computer:

    If you continue to have issues with the device syncing, please contact Product Support to troubleshoot the issue.
