62s can't connect to Win 10.

62s can't connect to Win 10.

So, nothing I have found out here seems to work.....
When I plug in my 62s, Windows does not recognize it at all. I have two laptops, Gateway and Dell, and the result is the same on both PCs.
Any ideas on where to start on this one?

As it's not working with 2 PCs it's likely to be a cable or USB issue.
