Safety camera update

I am trying to update my safety cameras for my Garmin 3590LT but keep on getting a "Download failed" message
I have put the *.garmin.com in my trusted websites
It finds my 3590 but when I try it continues to give me the message.
When is there something constructive going to ber done so that we can load the safety cameras or is this just something we should no longer support as customers because everything I see when searching for help on this is not helping me very much.
In general not a very happy customer as I have spent the last 4 hours trying to get this to work

    I am sorry that you are having trouble downloading your safety camera update. We do have a case open for this issue on with the US & Canada safety cameras but I haven't heard anything with the subscription that you have. You can try the steps in the FAQ Downloadable Content (DLC) fails to download with a Download Failed or other error message.

    If these steps do not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone as this forum is intended for discussions about Garmin Express.
