after garmin express update settings apps no longer available

edge1000- 8.3
express 4.1.23

AFter updating latest express in the management menu there are no setting available at all for the apps.
choosing the 3 dots menu entry leaves me with a blanc white page.

update: uninstalled- 4.1.23, re-installed v 4.1.22 and problem is solved.

Same problem with Fenix 3 and GE 4.1.23.

Confirmed - same behaviour - Fēnix 3 (7.31 beta) & GE 4.1.23 on Windows 8.1

Thank you all for reporting this behavior. I have created a case for this and will report back when I hear anything. In the meantime, if you have your device paired up to the Garmin Connect Mobile app, you can update the settings there. I apologize for the inconvenience.
