Garmin Express signing in issue

Hello, I just recently receive my Vivofit 1 wristband, and downloaded Garmin Express as instructed. That band paired up correctly, however, when trying to sign it, it's stuck on this screen for more then half a hour.



And yes, I tried reinstalling the program.

    I'm sorry about the issue you are having adding your device to Garmin Express. The issue you are having may be caused by the computer not being able to authenticate with the Garmin servers properly. I recommend you try the steps in the following article to troubleshoot the issue: Garmin Express displays a server error

    I know you aren't getting an actual server error, but a lot of times these types of issues are resolved by this troubleshooting. If you continue to have this problem, I recommend contacting Product Support.
