I have issues with my Edge Touring Plus but it is impossible to email technical support because the site as to “identify which device from the list below” but doesn’t show a list below and therefore does not process the email.
My problem is that the device is not recognised by Garmin Express on my PC which runs on Windows 10 and so I cannot update the maps or link in through to Garmin Connect. It is recognised on an old PC running Windows 7 but that PC is out of date with the internet browser and will not download the map update.
Please advise if there is a fix for Windows 10.
