Purchased Liftime update; But Garmin Express does NOT update a 2013 map !!

Dears,

I have the following maps installed (preloaded) on my Nuvi 3490:

City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2013.20-Map+3D+JV(Navteq)+DR Chrys AOEM, June 12

City Navigator Europe NTU 2013.10 - Map+3D, Apr 12

I have bought the following items to get lifetime update for my maps:
nüMaps Lifetime

Middle East & Northern Africa Download SKU : 010-D0289-01
nüMaps Lifetime Europe Download SKU : 010-D0130-00

I followed the instructions and run Garmin Express and Europe map was updated But Middle East & Northern Africa map did not.

Could you please help me to update Middle East & Northern Africa 2013.20 map?

I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. There is a discrepancy on our database that is causing this issue. I have submitted a request to have it corrected. I will reply back on this thread when it has been.

I just received notification that the discrepancy was corrected. You should be able to launch Garmin Express now and update your Middle East & Northern Africa mapping now.

Now the update become available for my device on Garmin Express.

I have just started the update process hopping to complete successfully.
