Sync is "stuck" on

Hello,

I am running the 3.20 sw on Fenix 3 HR.
I have windows 8.1 (64)
Running Garmin Express 4.1.22.0
I am now getting "watch syncing" screen. And it freezes. No matter what I have tried, the sync will not "finish".
I am in range of a WiFi network, but I am syncing via cable.

I have:

- Tried cleaning app cache : https://support.garmin.com/faqSearch/en-US/faq/content/GiLICKFtvE1nV5uq9diX89
- Taken watch out of cradle, restart (watch and garmin express) and re-connect
- Deleted F3hr as device from Garmin Express and re-introducing it.
- Synced via Garmin mobile & wifi (no problems there)

Still I get this:

The odd thing is that, when i re-connect watch to cradle, the sync "clears" to grey, starts ower and gets stuck...again.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. You have really already completed all of the troubleshooting steps that I would have recommended on this forum. It would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
