Hi guys, i have spent 2 days trying to figure this out and i am absolutely stumped.
I have a 2597 purchased in the USA last year, i reside in australia.
I have purchased the Europe Maps that are compatible with this unit using your website.
I have installed Garmin Express and the Internet Explorer plugin, my the browser detects the unit and the SD card, i select download to SD card and the file downloads to the card without issue.
The unit does notseem recognise the SD Card and only states the only installed maps on it are the USA maps loaded on the internal storage despite having the SD with the maps on it installed in the unit.
The SD Card is formatted to FAT32 and is 8gb, it is brand new so as far as i can tell there is no issue with the card, i have tried 3 times downloading to the card to no avail and i cant find any help subjects to point me in the right direction.
