Garmin Edge800/Garmin Express Problem

I can transfer routes from my Edge 800 and Edge200 to Garmin Express/Garmin Connect but I can't transfer courses back from Garmin Express to my 800 or 200.
I have a few courses saved in my courses on Connect but cant get them back onto my devices.
It just gives my a syncing error message?
Was working fine a couple of weeks back when I used it.

    We recently found an issue where courses created in Garmin Connect from existing tracks are failing to transfer. We are working to correct the issue but we do not have an estimated time until we have a fix. I added your information to our case so we can inform you when it is fixed.

    There was a fix released that should have resolved this issue. Since this has gone live, we have not been able to reproduce the issue anymore on our side. Please clear any courses in the sync queue on Garmin Connect (looks like two arrows going opposite directions). Then try creating a new course and send it to a device. Let us know if you continue to have issues with this process.

    OK.
    Just tried it again and it seems to be working so thanks for that.
    I have found another problem though.
    When I try to save some of my older routes as a course nothing shows up on the map?
    Also if i try and view the same route on goggle earth it says the Garmin page can not be found?

    How old are the activities that you are trying to change into a course? Do the maps show up on these activities when you open them within Garmin Connect? I'm not able to reproduce the issue you are describing with any of our accounts here.
