GE & Garmin Connect, syncing discrepancies

Hi,

My Garmin Express (Windows 8.1 GE version 4.1.22.0) does not agree with Garmin express.
Connect tells me that there is nothing to sync. However Garmin express does.
If I try to install the app update...GE will "think, and load and think and load and think...for 20 min, then "sync failed")

Have tried soft reset and wifi update...to no avail.

Running 3.20 beta on f3hr...but had this same issue with 3.13 beta...not a s/w issue

    First, try deleting the Sync folder on the computer. The Connect IQ apps, widgets, data files, watchfaces, all download to the computer and are stored there until they are sent to the device. While it is not a fit file that has failed to send to Connect, the folder location in this FAQ is the same:

    After this, restart Garmin Express and see if the Connect IQ update is still available. If it is, the Apps folder will need to be removed from your fenix 3HR. It should be in the Garmin folder. If this must be removed, I recommend deleting the device from Express and Connect and then adding it back after the Apps folder is deleted. Instructions to remove are in this FAQ:
