Edge 25 will NOT sync

Brand new Edge 25. Connect working, downloaded one short test ride successfully. Tried to sync to Edge 25 as a course using express - device failed to sync. Shows as connected. Tried on two sep PC's. Really hacked off. I mean REALLY hacke off. Two programs for one device? Who thought that beauty up? Better get some proper answers Mr Garmin...

    I am sorry you are having trouble sending courses to your Edge 25. The issue you are experiencing is not caused by the Edge 25 nor the computer you are using. We recently found an issue where courses created in Garmin Connect from existing tracks are failing to transfer. We are working to correct the issue but we do not have an estimated time until we have a fix. I added your information to our case so we can inform you when it is fixed.

    I am unsure what you mean by, "two programs for one device". There is currently only one program (on the computer) used to sync your data to and from Garmin Connect. That program is Garmin Express and it should allow you to sync your data and install any software for your device. If you are using another program, can you explain what steps you are doing and what program you are using?
    * There is also Garmin Connect Mobile for smartphones. You can use this instead of Garmin Express. If this is what you are referring, you aren't required to use them both. We offer the mobile program for convenience.

    To clarify, Garmin is not one person's name. It is actually the combining of our two co-founders' first names: ">Gary Burrell">Gary Burrell and ">Dr. Min Kao">Dr. Min Kao.
