Device has downloaded US firmware instead of British????

I have connected my Dezl 560MLT to garmin express to update the firmware and its downloaded the US version instead of the British.

Its not that much different however the vehicle profile names are wrong as its saying AUTOMOBILE, TRUCK, RV and PREDESTRIAN instead of the UK variations.
Also there are a couple of bugs in the software with regards to Traffic and some other things.

The device fully works as it should apart from the few little things above.

I have a feeling that something was wrong in the GarminDevice.xml file to download the wrong version...

If I delete the xml file the device simply replaces it so I am unable to download the UK firmware fir Garmin Express..

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your dezl. The firmware update for your device is actually the same update as the one for US devices. However, it is possible that the language files for British English were removed. First, check to see if it is just a matter of changing the language in the device settings. If there is no option to change to one of the British English languages, you can reinstall them with Garmin Express.
