Express servers unavailable when trying to connect Forerunner 405

I recently had to delete my ant+ agent and so i am trying to connect my forerunner 405 to connect/express so i can upload to strava. Multiple days in a row i have tried to log into my account on express and it always says the servers are unavailable even though the device connects but doesn't stay connected due to me being not able to log into my account, even though i can continually log into connect and garmin without express. Any help into trouble shooting this? I've checked all the proxy's, disabled security and made sure that express is updated and i am not sure what else i can do. Thanks so much!
