Garmin Express and Edge touring with Win 10

Hi,

I just made an upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10 and reupload the Garmin Express software. I try to register my Garmin Edge Touring after having connect it to my PC through a USB port like always, but Garmin Express don't find it...

I had no problem with Win 7 and now, on Win 10 I don't know what I have to do... and my GPS is no more usable...

Can somebody give me what I have to do to recover my GPS.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. If you already had the device added before your upgrade, it should still be there which would make Express not detect the device when searching for a new device. However, if it was removed somehow and now Express is not detecting it, try the steps in the FAQ Why is my Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Windows applications?

If this does not solve the problem, please contact Product Support by phone.
