Garmin express issies

This is the mail which i sent to garmin support yesterday. Garmin Connect Troubleshooting Problem Description: garmin express gives error." our servers not available for the moment.we are not able to add this device." i already sent this issue to you. But reply was copy paste !(i already send screen shots still asking abot ss) garmin express not finding my fenix 3 when it is in garmin mode. when i switch to usb mass strorage mode it finds but gives the error above. i already made clean uninstall and install again. when fenix 3 was conncted by bluetooth it received an update .i install it and now not conncting to my phone too... software version is :3.01 . garmin exprses ver:4.1.21.0 .

    The fenix 3 HR must be placed in mass storage mode before the computer will detect it. If the device is connected and the menus are accessible, then it is not communicating with a computer.

    That being said, when you go into mass storage mode, the device is detected but you are receiving the server error, correct? Have you tried all the troubleshooting in our FAQ:

    What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?

    I also recommend deleting the GarminDevice.xml file in the Garmin folder on your device. Once this file is deleted, disconnect the fenix 3 HR and power it on. Once it reaches the main screen, reconnect and confirm the mass storage mode. See if Garmin Express detects the device then.

    If not, you will need to contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
