Forerunner 910x device not found

Garmin Express using USB ANT+ stick can't find my Forrunner 910xt. I get message Garmin Express does not support this device. Please use Garmin Map Updater.

My Windows 7 PC has ANT USB Stick2 in Device manager.
The latest driver is installed on it.

How do I sync my 910xt?

I am sorry you can't get Garmin Express to sync with your Forerunner 910XT. The message you're receiving is caused by a corrupt file on the device that Garmin Express uses when reading it. This can happen if the device's memory gets too full. We may be able to correct this by freeing space on the Forerunner 910XT and restarting it. Please delete old data (that you have already uploaded) by using the steps on page 30 of the ">Owner's Manual">Owner's Manual.

Now, restart your device. After it restarts, please see if you can sync with Garmin Express.
