Garmin Express cannot update map to nuvi 2555LM

With a trip ahead, I am trying to update the map on my unit. I can successfully connect the GPS and start the update process. However, after around ten minutes downloading the map, garmin express abort the update process and gave me an error (attached) with no further information. I have tried several times last night and this morning, but no luck. I also updated the express software to the latest version, same error keeps poping up. Is there anything else I can do, like manually download and update?

Any help would be appreciated!

Are you trying over WiFi? If so try cabling directly to your router.

Yes, I did it in my home and at the work place, but both of them are wireless network. I will try to connect the router directly when I am off work. Thank you for the advice.
