I just got a new VivoSmart HR and I cannot get Garmin Express to find the device.
I downloaded the latest version of express. The VivoSmart HR is on and it always says it can't find a device. The computer knows it is plugged in and puts up an error saying Windows does recognize the sub device.
It is the only device plugged into the USB. And I am using Windows 10
Any thoughts on what to do would be appreciated so I can get it charged.
