unable to download watch faces for my Finex 3

I have the latest version of Garmin Express which is Version 7.0 ,, but whenever i try to download a new watch face or app it says : you have to update your device using Garmin Express !

any idea what to do ?

    From your post, your fenix 3 is running the most recent system software/firmware 7.00 but still getting a prompt to update the device in Garmin Express. I recommend removing the device from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect (this will not remove any data in Garmin Connect already uploaded). The instructions to do so are in our FAQ:

    After this is done, reboot the computer and confirm that Garmin Express is on version 4.1.21.0. If it is not, you can download it from here.

    Then add the fenix 3 back to Garmin Express and see if you can access the IQ Store. If not, contact Product Support for further assistance.
