Garmin Express not working

Hello all,

I have tried to (re)install Garmin Express in order to make my Garmin Edge 800 synchronise with Garmin Connect but Garmin Express will not open at all.
There is no warning screen, nothing.
I double click on the icon whilst GC is open or closed and nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times but the same result.
Any ideas?

I am sorry you cannot get Garmin Express to launch. Most likely it is just a configuration file that needs to be deleted. So first, please follow the FAQ, "">Why does Garmin Express for Windows fail to launch when I run it?">Why does Garmin Express for Windows fail to launch when I run it?"

If Garmin Express still won't launch, we need to uninstall and reinstall it again but use the Microsoft Fixit to make sure it uninstalls correctly. Please use the FAQ, "">What should I do if the computer cannot find the .msi file when updating a Garmin Software Application?">What should I do if the computer cannot find the .msi file when updating a Garmin Software Application?" to uninstall Garmin Express. Then, reinstall ">Garmin Express here">Garmin Express here.

Now, the program should launch correctly. Let us know if you still have trouble.
