Garmin Express stuck on "This may take a minture.." when clicking Sign In

Same problem when I click create an account. I have tried it on two separate windows 10 PC, and a tethered internet. It just sits there spinning the circle. I am trying to setup a fenix 3.

Tried a reinstall, but does not change anything.

    I am sorry you are unable to get Garmin Express to finish signing into your Connect account. This issue is normally caused because a program or setting is blocking the connection to our servers even though you aren't getting an error. Please try the steps in the FAQ, "">What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?">What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?" (Some you have already tried but please do the others as well.)

    We also want to make sure Garmin is in your "Trusted Sites" when trying to access Connect. Please use the FAQ, "">Why is Garmin Connect getting stuck when loading certain pages?">Why is Garmin Connect getting stuck when loading certain pages?"

    Now, please see if you can finish adding your Fenix 3 to Garmin Express. Let us know if you still have trouble.

    still does not work

    Tried with and without proxy, tried adding program exception to the firewall and turning off the firewall, tried adding the site exception, tried running through a VPN, all results are the same, an indefinitely spinning "this may take a minute" box. The connect site is accessible though all of my browsers with no error messages, so I don't understand that the express app keeps failing. Also was able to connect the device via the mobile app, however when ever I move around the connect store on the device I get Unable to contact the Connect IQ store, even though it keeps opening the clicked pages, but I cant install anything on the fenix 3 because it say I need to run Garmin Express first.

    This may take a minute

    Hello. I've tried everything in the link you sent, and the screen is still stuck on "This may take a minute". Do you have any other tips?

    What device are you trying to add to Garmin Express? Do you have alot of history on it? The more data that Garmin Express has to send to Garmin Connect, the longer this process can take. If you have data on the device that has already been synced with Garmin Connect, delete it and then try again.

    If you have tried that and everything else and still experiencing this issue, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for further in-depth troubleshooting.

    Thank you for sending me the requested logs. I went through them and the error causing the trouble is:
    "The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required."
    This means there is still a proxy setting being used and it is interfering with the connection. Most likely it is a web security program (like an antivirus) but there are other programs that can do this as well.

    Since it happens on multiple computers but we know it isn't the network (your friend's computer worked with your internet), this means it is probably the same program installed on these computers. Please check your security programs and see if they have proxy setting or see if they can be temporarily disabled. Then, try adding the device to Garmin Express again.

    If you still can't find the proxy causing the trouble, we may be able to assist you better via phone. Please call ">Product Support">Product Support to perform more detailed troubleshooting.
