Hi
I upgraded maps recently and ever since have been getting the message "Cannot unlock maps".
When I go into my account they all show as unlocked.
Any suggestions?
I am sorry you are getting "Can't Unlock Maps" on your device after updating. Most likely, this is because part of the map data is missing and we need to reinstall the maps. As mentioned in the FAQ, it is important to "Safely Remove" the device/memory card before they are disconnected.
