Not able to download apps ("My EDGE Version 1.00") on my Edge 1000 and they don't show up in Connect IQ/Apps. Garmin IQ says it downloads and app will be transferred on next Sync, which appears to happen, but no app appears on my Garmin or is listed in Connect IQ/Apps.
I am sorry you are unable to load Connect IQ apps to your Edge 1000. We may be able to resolve this by removing the downloaded data and then trying to download it again. Please follow these steps:
Press the Windows key + "R" to open the "Run" command.
Type in %programdata%\garmin\coreservice\ConnectIq and press "Enter".
Right-click on the Unit ID folder for your device (3884883333).
Select to "Delete" the folder and confirm that you want to delete it.
Close the folder.
Now, please try downloading the app again.
If the app still isn't transferring to your device, please tell us what exact app you are trying to load and does Garmin Express say if there are software updates available for your device?
