"Error syncing with Garmin connect" (FR610 trying transf Tanita BC-1000 data. )

I have a FR 610 that i keep around to record and sync my Tanita BC-1000 scale data. Trouble is that i get an error when trying to sync, saying:
"Error syncing with Garmin connect"

The watch/Device itself says "Transferring data"

The watch connects to the computer/Garmin express.

I have tried:
*Removing and repairing the device
*Changing the ant stick
*Reinstalling Garmin Express

Any known bugs i'm missing here? Any suggestions for fix?

I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing with Garmin Express. Please follow the steps in the FAQ What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express? If these steps do not solve the problem, please contact Product Support.
