Purchased Europe Maps stuck at 50% downloading !!

Hello,

I purchased Europe maps (download version) to my N.American Nuvicam. I installed a 64 micro SD card for both slots and linked the purchased maps to it.
When I choose to download the maps to the SD, it starts downloading without problem till 50% then stuck. I tried many time with no success(stops at 50%).

Any solution plz?

A 64Gb card isn't usually formatted FAT32, and that's what is required. Try reformatting the card and try again.

When i use IE to download maps it often stops at 50% but when I use the Safari browser on my PC it completes the download till 100% so try using Safari for PC. Google it and u find the download link.

but When I inserted The SD to the nuvicam it asked me to format it. so I did.

Formatting your SD card is alway good to do before you write maps on it.

Well check how it formatted it, maybe it wasn't able to? If it is FAT32 try the steps here

Also note the nuvicam has 2 card slots, one for the map and one for the cam part. The max size recommended for the map slot is 32GB

So now I'm trying to format it using my PC. 2 options I have NTFS or exFAT (default) ? Which one to choose ? and My SD is 64 GB so should I try 32 GB instead?

You can't format a 64 Gb card in the normal way, you need a third party utility.

I used my other 32 GB SD and formatted it as FAT32 . now Starting downloading and let's ses. Thank you for your follow up.

Done. The download has been completed . Thank you all for your helping and following up with me step by step. I can confirm that Nuvicam SD map slot accepts maximum 32 GB.
