3490 Euro Map date different from Express

Good day All,

I have updated my Life Time Maps to the latest version on the 3490. Express indicates that the update was successful and indicates the dates correctly, NT Europe at 2016.20, but my unit (3490) still shows NT Europe at 2014.10. I have run the upgrade several times with the exact same result. Do I have the new maps installed? Why does the date not change for Europe? The North America maps do show the right date in both places Express and 3490.

I am sorry your maps are saying they are "locked" on the computer. The unlock online will work but it requires using Internet Explorer with Administrator permissions. Please follow the steps in the FAQ, "">Why are the maps still locked in the mapping application after completing the Unlock Online process?">Why are the maps still locked in the mapping application after completing the Unlock Online process?"

Once the maps are unlocked, please use MapInstall to load them to your device or memory card.

If you still have trouble unlocking the maps, please contact ">Product Support">Product Support so we can provide more detailed methods to unlock them.

I got it updated, I have the latest European maps. Your last set of instructions did it. You definitely did not give up, I am much appreciated.
